HOW MUCH DO YOUR COMPRESSED AIR TEST KITS COST?
Both the Breathing Air Test Kit and Process Air Test Kit cost only $109/ea, which includes the cost to return the sample to the lab, carry out the analysis, and return the results. As part of a temporary offer, orders of five (5) or more kits to new customers are just $69/ea through 2012. We also offer an opportunity to buy our product at a special discount for those with higher volume needs.

HOW EASY ARE YOUR COMPRESSED AIR TEST KITS TO USE?
Our products are the easiest to use on the market. They were carefully designed with ease of use in mind from the very beginning. For example, by using a unique flow-through design, our proprietary Breathing Air Test Kit is both the sample container and the collection apparatus. No need to purchase, borrow, or rent a separate test apparatus. Also, the samples for all three tests (oil mist - particulate, air quality, and moisture) have been designed to be taken simultaneously so that you are done with the test in six steps. Patented sealing technology helps prevent retakes. Our test kits are compact, easy to handle, very easy to use, and not prone to any fragile behavior.

HOW DOES YOUR TEST KIT WORK?
Our test kits arrive customized with the fitting you need to connect directly to your sampling point. Remove the test kit from the packaging, connect it, follow the instructions provided, and in a couple of minutes you are done. Return the kit with your air sample inside and our lab will analyze it according to the air standard you need to meet. It is possible to receive a certificate of results within 24 hours. After receiving your results, our staff is here to help with anything else you need.

HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY RESULTS?
Results are emailed or faxed to the customer within 24 hours of sample receipt at the lab, unless something unusual occurs. If a certificate by mail is desired, it would take an additional 2 or 3 business days to arrive. If a sample fails to pass the requested standard, the customer is notified immediately by phone and/or email. Our staff can work with you to help diagnose the cause of the problem, if desired. And we offer free repeat samples until your air is tested safe.

HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are filled the same business day, if received by 3 pm. Orders are shipped USPS Priority, with standard shipping times of 2 to 3 days applying. We can also overnight any order if needed (see next question). An email confirmation with tracking information is provided after your order ships.

CAN I RUSH DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?
Yes. Please contact us when placing your order to inform us of your timeframe and arrange for Express Shipping following your instructions. Even though we don't charge extra for us to expedite your order, we do ask that you cover the additional shipping cost.

CAN I CHOOSE WHO SHIPS MY ORDER?
Yes. When placing your order inform us of any special requirements you have for shipping vendor and method. We are happy to accomodate any reasonable request.

CAN I RUSH SAMPLE ANALYSIS AND MY RESULTS?
Yes. And there is no additional charge. Some companies charge as much as $100 to rush an analysis. At Rocket Air Labs, we are simply happy to help you when you really need it. The only thing we ask is that you contact us before, or immediately after, you return your sample(s) to provide us: 1) the date and time the sample will be, or has been, shipped and 2) the tracking number. The address on our business reply label can be used and USPS Express Mail is recommended.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
The easiest way to order is online. No account approval is needed before ordering. Select which kit is needed, the quantity and fitting, complete the customer form on the next page, and select the desired payment method (credit card or invoice). We also accept orders by phone, if more information or help is needed. And are happy to provide a quote first. For the convenience of returning customers we also accept orders by fax and email.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER OR LOT SIZE REQUIREMENT?
There is no minimum order amount. Any desired number of test kits may be ordered.

HOW CAN I DOWNLOAD A COPY OF THE CUSTOMER SAMPLE SHEET / INSTRUCTIONS?
Both the Customer Sample Sheet and Sample Instructions are printed on the same piece of paper and are included with every test kit. But if a new, or another, copy is needed, it can be found here.

IS YOUR LAB ACCREDITED?
The lab recently acquired by Rocket Air Labs, LLC has been accredited by A2LA, and we follow the same accredited processes and lab procedures. After having recently finished relocating the lab, we are in the process of re-accrediting. Some companies might choose not to, but we take the analysis of compressed breathing air very seriously, and want you to be confident in your selection of a lab.

WHAT IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO THE KIT AFTER PAYING FOR IT, BEFORE GETTING RESULTS BACK?
We stand behind every customer and sale with a solid warranty. We have a rigorous quality control program to prevent defects and there is no shelf life issue known, but if a problem is discovered we will immediately replace the test kit according to our Return Policy, or provide a refund if desired. If a kit is lost or damaged, we will also work with you to replace it, usually at no charge. We understand that the analysis of an air sample is ultimately all that matters.
